IRON FOX has been producing these systems for more than 30 years. The system's aim to make the halogenation process (or chlorination) on rubber, tpr and thunit soles in very short time.
The use of nebulizing for halogenation ensures an even distribution of the liquid over the surfaces to be treated, without puddles or gaps in the coating of material.
The machines are normally provided with one spraying head.
For soles with boxed edges, we recommend using the gun with two spraying heads.
The new photocells positionated at the entrance of the tunnel allow the user to significantly save halogenation liquid by automatically starting spraying only in the presence of soles ori pieces and stopping the liquid once it has passed, minimizing product waste.
