Humidifying is carried out through the upper press unit, which heats and injects superheated steam onto the upper, while reactivation is performed by the lower presser, which heats the lining and the toe puff.

The machine is equipped with a control panel allowing adjustment of the lower presser temperature (from 100°C to 200°C), steam injection time (from 0 to 9.9 seconds) and total cycle time (from 0 to 99 seconds).
