A roller-type beating disc equipped with rings performs the shoe bottom processing, while a series of heated hammers (side and front) carry out the leather ironing operation.

Punching machine for Ideal processing, suitable for perforating leather goods or, in sandal production, for punching strap slots in insoles.

  • The machine features an adjustable stroke for materials up to 10 mm thick
  • Punching is performed by means of a die/punch system operated by pedal control
  • The slot length is determined by the pedal pressing time, while the slot width depends on the diameter of the punch used
  • Available punch diameters: 2 mm – 2.4 mm – 3 mm – 3.5 mm – 4 mm
  • The 18-hole die can be supplied with all holes of the same size or with multiple sizes, up to a maximum of 5 different sizes
  • The hole dimensions correspond exactly to the punch diameters
