The machine has been primarily designed to speed up the halogenation process, which is no longer dependent on manual operator handling.

The spray halogenation process guarantees uniform distribution of the liquid on the treated surfaces, avoiding accumulations or shortages of halogenating liquids.

The machines are normally supplied with a single spraying point.

For box-edge soles, the use of the double-spray gun is recommended.

The new photocells positioned at the tunnel entrance allow the operator to significantly reduce halogenating liquid consumption by automatically activating spraying only in the presence of soles or components and stopping the liquid flow once the passage is completed, minimizing product waste.
