Punching Machines

Punching machine for perforating materials with needle punches or multiple punch blocks, suitable for footwear manufacturers, leather goods producers, leather garment manufacturers and similar applications.

This machine is driven by a clutch motor, like a standard sewing machine, and can be controlled by means of an electric motor that allows very easy operation, including single-stroke punching.

The material feed system operates through a special alternating-motion feed dog, while the hole spacing (adjustable by means of a dedicated lever) can be set from 2 to 20 mm.

The 962.01 is supplied with two adapters: one for needle punches and the other for punch blocks.

The punching depth can be adjusted during operation without dismantling or loosening any mechanical components.
