Perforating machine designed for punching lace holes in footwear uppers.

It allows the simultaneous perforation of both sides of the upper and enables the operator to select the number of holes to be punched, up to a maximum of 7 holes per side, by adjusting the perforator presser assembly.

The curvature of the perforation line can be adjusted using two control levers located on the sides of the machine.

A control knob positioned on the right side of the machine allows adjustment of the distance between the centres of consecutive holes.

The set of 7 perforators, complete with punches and dies, can be supplied in a range of 10 sizes from 1.8 mm to 4.8 mm.

Automatic comb punching machine with pitch control and monitoring managed by PLC and touch-screen interface.

Capability to store programs with fixed or variable pitch, both in terms of length and repetitions, and to control the punching speed up to 300 strokes/min.

The comb pattern can be developed up to 80 mm across the entire working width and can be configured with multiple pitches (compatible with comb tools from other manufacturers). The tooling can also be configured with multiple rows of punching dies.

The punching depth can be adjusted during operation without dismantling or loosening any mechanical components.

The machine is equipped with a feed mechanism featuring straight-line feed dog movement and stitch/feed pitch adjustment by means of a graduated millimetric slide control.
