Thigh performance sewing machine for shoe’s insoles and for other materials such as leather, fur, wool, mutton and fabrics.
Rotary feed dog and rear cup drive, chain stitch.
Useful for many applications: it is particularly suitable to sew mutton boots but also for nappa, wool, fur, leather and safety shoes.
Suitable also for finishing works of some upper’s sections and for the insole’s application to the upper.
These two parts are sewed by a flat and elastic stitch, which let to lightly improve the shoe’s outline.
Strobel
Heavy-duty machine designed for stitching insoles to uppers.
Compared with conventional attachment methods, the Strobel stitching process significantly reduces material consumption.
This machine is capable of sewing leather or textile materials up to 7 mm thick.
The gathering device assists in creating fullness while stitching the upper.
Optional equipment (different feed systems and front cups) enables the machine to manufacture children's footwear or process particularly delicate materials.
Kits are also available for cord attachment applications (using cords up to 1.7 mm or up to 2.5 mm in diameter) as well as for California-type footwear construction.
Nuova Obe
Pneumatic single-shot machine designed to fasten insoles and insole boards to the last with nails, combined with an insole trimming unit. Available with push-button or foot-pedal operation upon request.
