Fully programmable computerized skiving machine, operated via control console, with memory capacity for up to 800 different skiving profiles. It allows micro-electronic registration of skiving parameters such as thickness, width, angle, and feed speed, as well as the distance between the blade and the presser foot. The transport roller enables continuous feed (at the programmed speed) or variable speed feed via foot pedal. The machine is monitored by electronic sensors and self-adjusts accordingly, avoiding operator downtime and ensuring maximum efficiency of the working components.
