Description

Two-way tunnel for footwear ironing and stabilization with adjustable steam percentage and temperature setting up to 220°C.

The high quality standard achieved by this machine is obtained through the optimal orientation of the nozzles from which hot air and steam jets are released, directly affecting the areas of the footwear that usually present wrinkles and imperfections.

Four-way tunnel for footwear ironing and stabilization with adjustable steam percentage and temperature setting up to 220°C.

Ironing, ageing, stabilization and cooling tunnel.

This machine differs from standard ironing ovens due to the extended thermal treatment times at lower temperatures.

The shoe or boot slowly adapts to the last shape, allowing the different types of materials the proper time to deform and stabilize.

At the end of the ironing process, the subsequent cooling chamber fixes the upper and all components onto the last, ensuring stability even after the following de-lasting operation.

The adjustable settings are: air temperature from 80° to 160°C, steam temperature from 120° to 160°C, steam percentage from 0 to 100%, cooling chamber temperature from 5° to 15°C.
