Traysealers

Hot-air seam sealing machine designed to waterproof seams on garments made of water-repellent and breathable materials in the apparel and footwear industries. It is suitable for sealing all types of thermoplastic seam-sealing tapes.

The machine is equipped with an electronic control system (PLC), a pneumatic tape-cutting device and a timed tape-feeding system.

The air temperature is electronically adjustable and can be monitored on the digital temperature controller display.

Material feeding is performed by both transport rollers, whose speed and pressure can be adjusted through dedicated control devices.
