Standard equipment: five programmable axes, front loading system, with single head on which two tools are mounted (automatic tool change), capable of operating alternately, programming system with touch screen display and self-diagnostic functions.

    The equipment includes 3 tools:

    • A milling roller for roughing operations, performing internal cleaning of excess material while equalizing the upper lasting margin with the insole.
    • 1 Pounding roller performing the pounding operation, ensuring perfect flattening of the bottom surface of the shoe lasted on forepart, waist and toe area.
    • 1 Brushing wheel performing the brushing operation on the shoe bottom with different pressures for each programmed point and different possible speeds for forepart, waist and toe area.
