Automatic pneumatic machine for applying ornamental studs, particularly suitable for creating designs on leather, hide, plastic, fabric and similar materials in various sectors such as footwear manufacturing, leather goods, garment production, gift items and many others.

This machine is equipped with a special vibrating feeder ensuring perfect feeding of the studs into the magazine and then into the application clamp.

The 2004/10-PN.A is supplied with support working table and equipped with a luminous cross projector for positioning the stud at the desired point.

Vacuum-operated hot-fix applicator for the heat application of metal studs and hot-fix rhinestones on fabric, leather, synthetic materials and similar substrates.

It can be used to apply any type of thermo-adhesive item, including shaped components.

The unit is equipped with a profiled heated tip, interchangeable according to the shape of the rhinestone or thermo-adhesive stud being applied.

When used with the vacuum system, the Thermo Vacuum applies loose accessories individually; when used without vacuum, it can apply pre-arranged designs supplied on transfer sheets.
