Electronic hydro-pneumatic seat beating machine equipped with a heated plate and roller, designed for flattening and shaping the heel seat area. It ensures a more accurate matching between the heel seat and the heel, significantly improving the overall quality of the shoe.

Features include adjustable roller rotation and 50 mm linear travel, movable column for boots, left- and right-shoe supports, double beating cycle, independent pressure settings (for beating and pressing operations), and adjustable roller vibration.

The machine is equipped with a soundproof enclosure featuring an automatic lifting door that does not affect cycle time and reduces noise levels to 83 dB(A).
