This machine applies reinforcing tape to uppers and leather components.

A photo-sensor system activates the automatic tape-cutting device at the end of the upper in the optimal position. The tape can also be cut manually at any desired point during the operation.

FAS 7 BC

Perforating machine designed for punching lace holes in footwear uppers.

It allows the simultaneous perforation of both sides of the upper and enables the operator to select the number of holes to be punched, up to a maximum of 7 holes per side, by adjusting the perforator presser assembly.

The curvature of the perforation line can be adjusted using two control levers located on the sides of the machine.

A control knob positioned on the right side of the machine allows adjustment of the distance between the centres of consecutive holes.

The set of 7 perforators, complete with punches and dies, can be supplied in a range of 10 sizes from 1.8 mm to 4.8 mm.

Computer-controlled thermo-folding and gluing machine complete with table and self-ventilated AC motor with automatic positioning.

The RP NOVA V4 features photoelectric sensor-controlled functions. The machine adapts to the individual operator's working method by learning commands and movements during the production of the first piece, storing them in memory and then repeating them automatically, leaving the operator responsible only for guiding the workpiece.

It controls the adhesive flow with exceptional consistency and distributes it inside the fold in the form of fine adhesive filaments.

At the end of each working cycle, the machine stops with the hammer open and activates the glue suction system, preventing adhesive from soiling the upper.
